Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
ZOLAR Entertainment, LLC. ("ZOLAR) is creating provisions & policy for ZOLAR Brand Ambassador ("ZBA") program, opened to all and anyone who is over the age of 18 and has the legal authority to be binded in an agreement and/or contracts in U.S. Continental 50 States and its territory.
Liability & Limitations
ZOLAR Entertainment is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred for individuals promoting ZOLAR for referral purposes. Individuals have no rights and/or obligational rights to receive any compensations or recovery from ZOLAR Entertainment for advertising or promoting on own will. ZOLAR Entertainment cannot and will not endorse any 3rd party advertising such as, individual URL, facebook page, social media outlets, printed ads, radio commercials, TV commercials, online platform based marketing nor any other source of advertising activities. If any such actions are made by individuals without permission from ZOLAR Entertainment, that individual(s) and its associates may face charges.
ZOLAR Entertainment, LLC. may exercise the rights to forbid any advertising activies of any individual using ZOLAR Entertainment's branded materials, logo, name, URL, website, facebook links, and other associated materials.
Individuals participating in the ZOLAR Brand Ambassadors are treated as an independent contractors and are not entitled to any employment benefits. Participants cannot claim their identity and/or employment opportunities with ZOLAR Entertainment, LLC.
ZBA Participants must have performed at least 51% due diligence in creating a successful sales and/or transaction to receive a full compensation according to the event compensation payment terms.
Payment Terms
ZOLAR Brand Ambassador program participants are to receive obligated compensations for advertising ZOLAR's services and brand to potential customer or client. In order for participants to receive any form of compensation, individual's referral(s) must sign ZOLAR Entertainment's Service/Rental Terms & Condition Agreement AND the event must be successfully executed. Any conditions such as event cancellations, delay, termination, breach of contract, hazardous conditions, incomplete event and/or unsuccessful execution of the event will terminate any conditions for compensation, participants will not receive any bonus or compensation. Advertising & Marketing efforts alone shall not result in successful completion and compensation, there must be a completion of a transaction.
ZBA Program participants must agree to a separate Terms & Conditions for each event compensation terms. If the participants chooses not to sign and/or agree to the Terms & Conditions, he or she may be revoked from any type of compensation or pay.
All payments shall be received by the participants by check no later than 30 days upon completion of the event. No cash is to be made as a payment for compensation.
Any participants that eaerned $500 or more in their compensation shall be asked to fill out a W-9 form for Tax Purposes.
All Payment & Compensation shall be sent to the disclosed mailing address which ZOLAR Entertainment has the rights to send promotional materials and annual release of documents.
Participants cannot act as the 3rd party escrow or holding the payment inbehalf of the client. Participants must have no financial ties to the customer or the client during the transaction phase. Any involvement(s) shall result in revokation of any compensation.
ZOLAR Entertainment Recovery
If any ZOLAR Brand Ambassador program participants are in breach of this agreement or the event compensation contract, the participant will forfeit its remaining compensation as well as any of his or her compensation from past events.
Participants misrepresenting ZOLAR Entertainment shall be terminated immediately with revokation of any compensation. Any damages to ZOLAR's brand, customer relations and/or property shall be quantified reasonably and billed against the ZBA Participant.

Assignment of Interest
If any ZBA Participant is to be deceased or cannot be contacted for more than 45 days, the compensation cannot be assigned to another natural entity or any form of created entity in behalf of the original participant. The compensation will be terminated and the participant will forfeit the compensation.
The compensation can be assigned to another natural entity or created entity under the original participant's exclusive permission for the purpose of tax strategy and preparation. The participant must provide an EIN via W-9 Form.
